Zdravo!! [23 Dec 2008|09:47pm]

My name is Pandora Petrović and I currently live in America.
I'm only half Croatian unfortunately. I'm turning 16 January of '09.
I've known that I am Croatian for a very long time
but I recently just gotten into my heritage
and I want BE Croatian.
I'm learning the language and this summer
I am going to meet my wonderful Croatian family.

I am really interested in
meeting and communicating with Croats
around my age
So feel free to add me and send me a message[:

krompirusa [07 Mar 2006|09:33pm]

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I'm a terrible cook but I really want to make a krompirusa. My mom wasn't really able to give me exact measures of things because she never measures and since I'm not close to home I can't watch her make one. I was wondering if anyone knew the recipe or could ask someone about it who knew. . a lot of the ones I found online didn't help out if you wanted to make it from scratch with the flour and everything yourself. I want to do this part myself and would need to know how much flour to use, water, oil, how long to let it stand before I start actually putting things into it, etc.

Thank you so much
